We recently had to put one of our beloved fur babies down because of a congenital heart issue that started causing problems with her everyday quality of life. Everyone in the staff was really understanding of the pain and tears shed on the day we brought her in. Dr.Loughner was the ultimate advocate for our baby girl making sure we understood what our little girl was going through and what our options looked like. It is a very hard time for our family as we try to recover from the loss our baby left in her abscence but i am confident we made the right choice and I am beyond appreciative of the care our lulubugg received in her last moments. When we decide to take in another family member you can bet their care will be entrusted to Dr.Loughner and her staff. Many thank you's for taking care of us and our companion.

I have NEVER had issue or concern about the quality of care the vca staff provide. I will unconditionally recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care, particularly with canine and feline matters.
