What a horrible experience !! an owner of a property management company I cannot believe the service Appliance provided. An Appliance technician came out to a house I manage to fix a dishwasher. The dishwasher had a few inches of water in the bottom that would not drain. The technician was not able to fix the problem but billed me $165 any ways. We called them back and scheduled a return visit at 8am because the problem was not solved. My Tenant called me at 11:30am, three and a half hours after they were supposed to be there and said Appliance never showed up. I then called Appliance and they said they were going to be unable to make it to the house that day. They also said they are unable to give us a refund or any partial rebate. I would never work with them again or recommend their services to any one.
